How Does IEN Work With Attorneys/Clients?

Attorneys contact the IEN by either calling 215-736-2980 or by e-mailing info@insuranceexpertnetwork.com with the following basic information:

• An overview of the case;
• Names of client and other parties involved in the litigation;
• An outline of the scope of work; and
• Qualifications required from the prospective insurance expert.

The IEN will:

• Identify available insurance expert(s) within the network without conflict of interest with the parties involved in the litigation;
• Provide a statement from each expert in support of their qualifications for the case, including their CV and Fee Schedule; and
• Arrange initial contact between the attorney/client and the expert(s).

If any of our referred members are selected, IEN will:

• Notify the selected insurance expert(s);
• Produce an Engagement Letter outlining the terms to be executed by the attorney/client; (click to view sample of Engagement Letter); and
• Handle invoicing, collection and disbursement of the expert’s retainer, fees and expenses.
