How Does IEN Work With Members?

IEN will maintain:
  • Your current Curriculum Vitae (Resume)

  • List of your current Fee Schedule

IEN will contact you for prospective cases in your Area of Expertise
with the following basic information:

  • An overview of the case;

  • Names of client and other parties involved in the litigation;

  • An outline of the scope of work and qualifications required from the prospective insurance expert.

Based on interest, availability and capability for the case, members will provide a statement in support of their qualifications for the case.  We will arrange and host telephone interviews between the attorney/client and the expert(s).”

If you are selected, IEN will:

  • Notify you of your successful engagement;

  • Produce an Engagement Letter outlining the terms to be executed by the attorney client; (click to view a sample of Engagement Letter); and

  • Handle invoicing, collection and disbursement of the expert’s retainer, fees and expenses.
