How Does IEN Work With Members?

Your current Curriculum Vitae (Resume)

List of your current Fee Schedule
IEN will
contact you for prospective cases in your
Area of Expertise
with the following basic information:

An overview of the case;
-
Names of client and other parties involved in the litigation;
-
An outline of the scope of work and qualifications required from the prospective insurance expert.
Based on interest, availability and capability for the case, members will provide a statement in support of their qualifications for the case. We will arrange and host telephone interviews between the attorney/client and the expert(s).”
If you are selected, IEN will:

Notify you of your successful engagement;
-
Produce an Engagement Letter outlining the terms to be executed by the attorney client; (click to view a sample of Engagement Letter); and

Handle invoicing, collection and disbursement of the expert’s retainer, fees and expenses.
