- An overview of the case
- Names of client and other parties involved in the litigation
- An outline of the scope of work; and
- Qualifications required from the prospective insurance expert
The IEN will:
- Identify available insurance expert(s) within the network without conflict of interest with the parties involved in the litigation
- Provide a statement from each expert in support of their qualifications for the case, including their CV and Fee Schedule and
- Arrange initial contact between the attorney/client and the expert(s)
If any of our referred members are selected, IEN will:
- Notify the selected insurance expert(s)
- Produce an Engagement Letter outlining the terms to be executed by the attorney/client; and
- handle invoicing, collection and disbursement of the expert’s retainer, fees and expenses
